Hauptsächlich unterstützt Herr Miertzsch ICT-Anbieter in allen Fragen der strategischen Marketingberatung. Der Fokus seiner Tätigkeiten liegt insbesondere in den Bereichen Marktsegmentierung und Markteintrittsstrategien sowie Vertriebsplanung. Ein weiterer Interessensschwerpunkt liegt der Analyse und Bewertung des Zusammenspiels von Geschäfts- und IT-Strategien.
Inhaltliche Kernthemen seiner Arbeit liegen im Umfeld von ECM, IT-Services und IT-gestützter Geschäftsprozessoptimierung.
