Doug Lynn is Partner Advisor Experture – an Experton Group partner.
Mr. Lynn is an independent analyst and consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in designing, building, implementing, and upgrading enterprise report writing applications, middleware, ERP and CRM application suites, EAI, and data warehousing infrastructure, and the supporting organizations.
As a Vice President at META Group, he provided advisory services to 40+ C-level IT and business executives in North America and in northern Europe across a broad mix of industries: telecom, energy, retail, shipping, PayTV, retail banking, discrete manufacturing, home construction, federal government. Mr. Lynn's most recent work has centered on solving core quality management issues (e.g., change, configuration, release, SLA, outsourcing), building baseline IT organization cost models, project managing global SAP deployments, ERP roadmap development, and building metrics programs to track and measure performance improvement in each of these areas.
Before joining META Group in May 1996, Mr. Lynn held sales, support, and development management positions at Information Builders and Applied Data Research (CA).
He received a B.A. in Economics from Oregon State University.
