As a veteran of the telecommunications industry for 12 years, Art Herold has held positions of increasing responsibility with both large multinational corporations such as Nortel and NTT, and small firms such as Executone and Gillette Global Networks.
He is also the founder of Complete Communications Consulting, Inc., an outsourced managed services provider. Mr. Herold has serviced clients that represent a cross section of global business; among the top names are Xerox, Seagrams, Adidas, Owens Corning, University of Louisville, and the Associated Press. His core competencies cover a range of the telecommunications spectrum. They include Wide Area Network (WANs) technologies, Private Branch Exchanges (PBXs), Call Center technologies, and Internet related technologies.
Mr. Herold received his BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY and served as a Field Artillery Officer on active duty in the U.S. and Europe.
