She has over 5 years experience in the areas of business intelligence, data warehouse design, project management and implementation across industry from government, Retail, Financial & Service industry.
She has extensive exposure to ETL methodology, Data Quality Management and Logical Data Modeling. Irum has good understanding of the BI concepts integrated with performance measurement systems, costing methodologies and strategic planning. She has banking consulting experience in system selection, performance measurement systems and MIS applications in the banking industry.
Prior to joining Experton Group she has worked in KMPG as consultant, she was also the core member of a strategic Business Information and Intelligence (BI&I) department at Emirates Bank Group. She had been instrumental in driving the Data Warehousing project through the DW implementation cycle and deriving bottom line benefits from related initiatives. Some of her other project engagements include Customer De-duplication, Business Process Reengineering, framework for Activity based costing and Capacity Analysis and Planning.
